Responsibilities :

• Monitor debtor payment terms and respond accordingly.
• Prepare Debtor's Ageing.
• Oversee compliance with the company's credit policy.
• Liaise with external debt Collection Company as required.
• General ledger reconciliations including month-end journals.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Producing company weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements relating to accounts receivables.
• Participate in internal and external finance audits as required.  
• Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Candidate shall possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or certificate equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of principles and procedures of bookkeeping and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office packages.
• Able to communicate in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and flexible with a good attitude.

Job Description (Including specific duties and tasks):

1. To do sales and marketing of building material for PKNS related projects and other projects
2. To penetrate open accounts jobs
3. To promote vendor products
4. Monitor and track outstanding invoices and overdue payments from clients.  Proactively contact customers to remind them of payment obligations and facilitate the collection process
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with  contractors, developers, suppliers and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
6. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better pricing of building materials

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum qualification degree in Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction industry
3. Age between 25 to 35 years old
4. Willing to work in contract basis
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Computer literate
7. Possess own transport
