Roles / Responsibilitie:

• Support data analytics work i.e. customer feedback, Key Quality Characteristics (KQC) performance, Optical Surface Analyzer (OSA) performance, process Cpk by form factor etc.
• Support request for Failure Analysis (FA), retrieve KQC data or OSA or Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) data, in-process data, data from INSITE database or other database as required.
• Support obtaining information related to shipment, on-hold, process improvement/update, experiments (ERNs), customer returns, and others.
• Responsible to assist in conducting line audits for compliance and follow up on audit findings for improvement.
• Responsible to update weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) charts for customers, Substrate and Media operations and procedure update as required.
• Accountable for accurate records in database for customer (Media or downstream customer) feedback.
• Authority to follow up and follow through committed actions/evaluation lots for improvements to Customer (Media), and escalate to Engineer if no response from action PIC.
• Responsible to maintain & updating the Quality Noticeboard.
• Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assigned responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.
• Responsible for the personal health and safety at the workplace.
• Support any other projects / task assigned by supervisor, leveraging 4IR-related skills and expertise to drive innovation, agility, and digital transformation across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understood electrical system from incoming to distribution panels in production floors.
• Monitoring of electrical systems with monitoring parameters identified to provide a means of knowing the performance of the electrical system.  Troubleshooting if there is fault occurred.
• Monitoring of electrical, N2 and water consumption and providing a report and trending to superior.
• Fire-fighting systems – Monitoring, testing and maintenance of the system to provide maximum protection to employees and assets. Ensure that:
  • Preventive maintenance schedule is prepared and maintained.
  • Coordinate all monthly preventive maintenance activity with Fire-fighting contractor.
  • Communicate with other department when testing is carried out.
  • Service records are filed and maintained.
  • Carry out weekly preventive maintenance and testing of fire-fighting equipment.
• Monitoring of facilities equipment with monitoring parameters identified so as to provide a means of knowing the performance of this equipment.  Troubleshooting if there is fault occurred.
• Facilities equipment – This covers all facilities equipment identifies in the plant such as Air Handling Units, Makeup Air Unit, Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Dryers, Exhaust Fans, Lighting, City Water Tank, Fire-Fighting Tank, City Water Pumps, Piping Distribution and related.
• Building Maintenance related troubleshooting if there is fault occurred.
• Shift reporting.

BROAD FUNCTIONS:

• Provide 24x7 IT Services Operation and Infrastructure (Level 1) support.
• Coordinate IT Infrastructure Problem Management and escalation.
• Coordinate with Global team to perform site testing and buyoff.
• Manage site IT Infrastructure hardware and software deployment and configuration.
• Provide technical support to critical users.
• Provide site mobile communication support to corporate and remote users.
• Carry out assigned task to ensure the quality of product, and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injury, and ill health.
• Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g. BPM, HIRADC, ERA, RA, BIA, BCP

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• First level IT support for MFG (4 Shift) covering all IT areas such as MFG IT hardware and software support, Office/Deskside support, Network/Telecom support, and Data Center operations support.
• Responsible for nightshift/Weekend/PH IT-helpdesk support
• To assist daily IT operations support.
• To assist on network/telecom/server related project/assignment/task.
• Ensure SOX compliance, security control, standardization, documentation, planning and delivery.
• Assist IT engineers on project implementation, assignment, system troubleshooting, testing and maintenance activities.
• Application performance monitoring and feedback on any improvement plan.
