• Implement and support for IT system (OS - Windows/AIX/Unix/AS400)
• Perform Backup and Restore services when required
• Implement and support storage systems such as tape libraries, VTL, SAN Storage etc..
• Implement and support replication tools such as Veeam, MIMIX, MAXAVA, PowerHA etc.
• Implement a good security measure for Operating System such as SSL, authority settings, user profile management etc..
• Provide good customer service with sound advice and technical skills

Job Criteria

• Knowledge in maintaining AIX or AS400/IBM i systems would be preferred
• Knowledge in replication product such as Veeam, MIMIX, MAXAVA, PowerHA would be highly considered
• Knowledge on SAN Storage such as IBM, EMC, Hitachi storages
• Basic knowledge in database
• Network knowledge will be an added advantage
• Implementation of other infrastructure related software and services

Responsibilities: -

- To fully coordinate, monitor, supervise and responsible for the safe operation of lifts / escalators / travellators / dumb waiters and comply to JKKP Regulations

- The lifts defects & works orders are well coordinated & executed on time. Need to check and ensure no safety defects before all JKKP inspections

- To carry out and ensure JKKP 2nd schedule is fully complied & endorsed

- To lead by providing guidelines and work solution to your subordinates and regularly train them on safety and technical operation

- To follow up closely on the work orders, quotation and payment collection

- To perform regularly and timely site checks and to submit report on at least 5 job site per month. To ensure no safety defects during JQA inspections

- To visit customers regularly and maintain good PR with them

- To ensure call backs are attended in less than 30 minutes for man trapped case, less than 90 minutes or normal breakdown. Analysis reports need to be submitted for all man trapped case, and for breakdown of 2 time or more in a month

- Any other assignments that be adjusted and given by immediate Superior or Management from time to time

Requirements: -

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least 1 year in related working experience is required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office
