Job Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain full set of financial records and accounts for the Company and its businesses, including that of its related entities;
• Perform/Review month end closing with financial analysis for management reporting for local and overseas assets and businesses;
• Partner internal and external stakeholders to prepare timely and accurate forecasts and budgets of all assets and businesses;
• Responsible for annual audit and tax submission;
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for all accounting or finance, banking, corporate secretarial, audit and tax related matters;
• Support system implementation/improvements;
