Job Description:
- Execute and monitor all UAT batch flow processing and ensure timely completion of endpoints/milestones.
- Perform level 1 support and resolution for batch issues in the environment
- Maintain a good communication with end users. Keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, progress of Batch UAT etc.
- Assist with the diagnosis of problems, determining and implementing appropriate solutions; guiding and/or communicating resolutions to end users.
- Desktop/laptop configuration and Level 1 troubleshooting of Batch processing in UAT
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and resolve or escalate accordingly.
- Monitor real time performance of the UAT computing environment.
- Support in non-standard office hours (on rotating shift).
- Help ensure IT documentations, SOPs, track and document all outages and incidents. are maintained and up to date.
- Generates batch status reports and distributes to end-users..
- To participate in IT projects, activities or events that would be assigned by the supervisor.
- Broadcast environment readiness status to internal customers (within IT department).
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
