RESPONSIBILITES
- To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
- Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities.
- To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry.
- To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers.
- To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
- To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.
- To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
- To track orders, trace production and trace delivery on your sales.
- To proactively follow up payment and collect payment.
- To perform after sales service to existing customers.
- To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior.
- To submit weekly sales report to superior.
- To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc) as well as new customer account opening.
- To fully commit in any sales related process.
- To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
- Any ad hoc task by superior or management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience.
- Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills.
- Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends.
- Passionate in F&B manufacturing line and eager to learn new things.
- Punctuality.
- Proactive and independent team player.
- Willing to take challenge. and a positive thinker
- Multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target.
- Aggressive in achieving goals set by management.
- Willing to work after ordinary working hour (If needed only).
- Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
INCENTIVES
- Fixed monhtly allowance (RM500 - RM700).
- Commission entitlement (0.5% - 2%).
- Basic salary negotiable, depending on education qualification and working experience.
