The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a broad remit spanning employee relations, policy, compliance and related projects. The position partners closely with HR Business Partners to provide expert advisory support, manage complex and high-risk employee cases, and build capability in HRBPs and people leaders to confidently navigate employee relations matters.

The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. About the Role
