Consumer Market Insights Lead Manager - Your future position?

Reporting to: Category Director - Personal Care

As a Consumer Market Insights Lead Manager at Givaudan, you will coordinate and execute regional market research projects and build consumer understanding following business objectives. Regional specific expertise.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead cross-country or cross-category CMI projects (such as Fragrance Family), align test design and protocol, ensure quality execution and accurate analysis at regional level
• Data Management: Manage CMI database of historical projects across APAC countries with the support from CMI managers, to ensure data is stored centrally and database is standardised and updated for cross category reference.
• Continuous Improvement: As champion of some CMI tools (such as PRISM) and partner with CMI managers to implement new CMI methods in project context to build more in-depth consumer understanding. Collaborate with CMI managers and Marketing on maintaining category tools (such as Country Guide).
• Mentoring: Coach CMI managers/Junior managers on agency identification, preparation of fieldwork protocol, questionnaire design and data analysis
• Act as MR expert in direct contact with clients, to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies and results.
• Act as CMI business partner for internal stakeholders, working on projects throughout the development cycle providing in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development and selection and to help to build rationale to support submissions

Main Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in consumer market insights
• Bachelors Degree in any field are welcome
• Expertise in data analytics and presentation

Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

As a Material Management Executive, Taste & Wellbeing with Givaudan, you will support the departments within Givaudan Supply Chain Management Team. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and also will:

Main Responsibilities

• Review Customer & Affiliate order demand and commit based on material availability to meet service delivery.
• Handle daily raw material replenishment to support Customer orders and forecast. Review and expedite raw material to support surge in demand.
• Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional affiliates.
• Partner with Demand Planner and Customer care on Forecasting gaps so as to make Customer feel valued with order support.
• Close collaboration and communication with cross functional partners eg. Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution regarding fulfillment of expedites.
• Work with Quality and Procurement Team to solve raw material / Packaging issues.
• Ensure optimum inventory to meet Management Target at Month end and Year end.
• Execute best practices e.g. avoid slow mover and Obsolete due to business loss/change.
• Review, plan and accomplish phase in and phase out on raw material & formula change.
• Responsible in dual role Planning, with FG Planning and RM Planning scope and perform any ad-hoc assignments as part of Continuous Improvement initiative.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision & roadmap

Strategy - Contribution to IT Master Plan

• Interact with direct manager and architects to translate Business capabilities, IT Master Plan, platform roadmap to define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business.

Project Delivery

• Identify existing and potential Business stakeholders and ensures Business Mobilization on projects impacting his/her product

Academic Background

Professional Experience

• Experience in agile environment is a plus
• Experience in workshop animation (design sprints, design thinking, creative problem solving) is an advantage
