JOB DESCRIPTION (STAFF NURSE)

13.     Consult in Lasik and cataract treatment on pricing and surgery

14.     To discharge outpatient and surgery patients while ensuring correct patient,                      correct medication, and billing

15.     To apply initial GL if a patient is under panel insurance, make sure correct billing              during dispensary and to apply final GL

 

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a registered nurse.

As a member of the team, your key roles will include the following:

Administration

• Identify and develop training roadmaps for the Primary Care Teams (which includes Nurses, Primary Care Co-ordinators, Clinic Assistants, GPs)
• Anchor the development of standardised care delivery including establishing SOPs and competency framework to support the work of the Primary Care Teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree Nursing and / or Master degree in any discipline (preferably but not limited to nursing, education, public health or health administration, etc)
• Prior experience in healthcare management or operations in primary care or hospital is desirable (> 6 years of experience in administrative function) and working with diverse group(s) of people in an organization/stakeholders
• Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment

To participate in a high quality, patient focused Medicines Optimisation model for technicians, at ward and community team level. To monitor and supervise the work of the pharmacy assistants and participate in medication top-up at team base/ward level, to ensure good stock control.
