The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Demand Planning & Growth: Own the demand signal and drive category growth in partnership with category managers and marketing. This includes:

• Inventory Forecasting: Suggest the inventory required to fulfil anticipated demand and balance between Fill Rate (Customer Experience) and Shrinkage (Waste). This includes replenishment logic, including safety stock levels and cold start forecasts for new assortments. You will be expected to work closely with the team to shape up a strong supply chain.
• Campaign Planning: Use data driven insights on category performance, user behaviour and market landscape to plan campaigns and promotional uplifts, while ensuring stock availability through demand forecasting
• Assortment Review: analyze sales velocity, customer behavior, and basket composition to advise category managers on which SKUs to expand, reduce, or rotate. Also propose clearance strategies to maximize category profitability.

Performance Analysis and Budget management : Own performance tracking of the business against the budget. Lead root cause analysis for performance variances, including campaign effectiveness to grow demand, forecasting logic accuracy for stock availability, category margin performance and accordingly make recommendations to leadership for improvements.

You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with both brand and performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

PROJECT DELIVERY

• Support content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build process.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure smooth deployment.

DIGITAL & PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT

• Ensure websites and landing pages are built with performance in mind (SEO structure, mobile responsiveness, page speed).
• Support the implementation of analytics and basic conversion tracking.
• Review performance data post-launch and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisation.

INTERNAL COLLABORATION

• Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teams.
• Prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Flag potential risks early and help problem-solve solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation, including project timelines and scope updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in account management, digital project management, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing website or digital build projects (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of how websites support marketing performance.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, website structure, and analytics.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with remote or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Warehousing & Fulfilment

• Manage Distribution Centres and 3PL partners. Set up an end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment network from scratch. Eg. sourcing warehouse & fulfilment hub locations, assessing capacity requirements, planning layout design, oversee the physical setup, enabling warehouse tech requirements.
• Build and standardize core operational processes across inbound receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, QC, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Last-Mile Delivery

• Lead and improve fleet operations to ensure delivery models are reliable and cost-efficient

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Build and implement demand forecasting and inventory planning models
• Oversee stock forecasting and inventory planning to reduce out-of-stock or overstock

Operational Improvement

• Triangulate data insights and trends to refine supply chain design and operations
• Work with multiple teams to build monitoring mechanisms and set operational policies that balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial sustainability.
• Support future scaling of operations by identifying opportunities for automation, process redesign, and structural improvements
