Job Summary:
As the O&M Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team to ensure the seamless operations of solar power systems. Your responsibilities will encompass executing daily, weekly, and monthly activities, analyzing clients' energy usage, offering tailored solutions, scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, and coordinating with OEM vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities for the smooth operation of solar power systems.
- Analyze clients' energy usage and provide bespoke solutions.
- Schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements and warranties.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for equipment maintenance.
- Record and report faults, deficiencies, and occurrences.
- Provide timely review reports and constructive feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Wireman license PW2 is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia and standard design/construction practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

- To fully coordinate, monitor, supervise and responsible for the safe operation of lifts / escalators / travellators / dumb waiters and comply to JKKP Regulations
- The lifts defects & works orders are well coordinated & executed on time. Need to check and ensure no safety defects before all JKKP inspections
- To carry out and ensure JKKP 2nd schedule is fully complied & endorsed
- To lead by providing guidelines and work solution to your subordinates and regularly train them on safety and technical operation
- To follow up closely on the work orders, quotation and payment collection
- To perform regularly and timely site checks and to submit report on at least 5 job site per month. To ensure no safety defects during JQA inspections
- To visit customers regularly and maintain good PR with them
- To ensure call backs are attended in less than 30 minutes for man trapped case, less than 90 minutes or normal breakdown. Analysis reports need to be submitted for all man trapped case, and for breakdown of 2 time or more in a month
- Any other assignments that be adjusted and given by immediate Superior or Management from time to time
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least 1 year in related working experience is required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and multitasking capability
