Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in accounting activities include general accounting, account receivable, account payable.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and relevant reporting documents.
- Perform data entry & documents filling
- Preparation of Claims and leave report.
- Preparation of Invoice and arrange payment voucher
- Prepare bank reconciliation report
- Assist in yearly external audit, tax computation.
- Assist in quarterly or yearly budget exercise.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary.
- To assist in administrative matters.
- To perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior or any other persons assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Studies.
- Fresh graduates are acceptable.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Experience in MYOB system will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, innovative and self motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral, KL Sentral.
- Full-Time position available.
