ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT, Mechanical Assembly, and Backend of SSD Assembly.
• Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
• Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
• Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.
• Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.
• Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
• Assisting Engineers in operating and troubleshooting processes & equipment either on SSD Frontend or on Backend Assembly to ensure flawless execution.

• Be responsible for Die Prep equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion.
• Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 why analysis.
• Be available for overtime work when needed.
• Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting

• Provides technical assistance to engineering personnel for material development, failure analysis as required
• Works with material engineers to perform technical tests & experiments for development, qualification, firefighting, monitoring and product improvement
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify problems or test new products, new processes and/or new materials
• Able to handle different types of equipments (Thermal/Mech/Electrical/Thermo-mech)
• Maintains equipment and/or works with internal and external personnel to support efficient and reliable operation.
• Documents and maintains scientific and engineering tools & equipments
• Able to monitor equipment, audits, and provide guidance to junior technician
• Willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team
• Able to perform daily machine 6S and maintain 6S compliance in the lab

• Handle different types of material testing equipments (Thermal/Mech/Electrical/Molding)

• Create the BOM in AGILE system.
• Create the routing with the flow given by the Packaging team/ Test team.
• Closely follow up ECO and ECM closure within cycle time.

• Must have experience and knowledge at SAP, AGILE, CAMSTAR.

• Develop, lead and execute commodity strategy for local and regional initiatives for IT commodity in factory production environment.
• Analyze market conditions for assigned commodities and implement sourcing strategies to assure supply and price competitiveness.
• Develop commodity plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Develop the supply base to exceed the goals and objectives of the company and Indirect Procurement team, e.g. supplier development and assessment.
• Negotiate Price/Contracts, conduct and follow RFQ/RFP/BPA process to ensure best pricing, terms and conditions.

• Process inspection for Critical to Quality parameters buy-off, SPC.
• Data collection and Report compilation.
• Assist engineer in Engineering build, execute DOE/ evaluation run, data collection and compilation.
• Assist engineer for new material / component first articles inspection and final buyoff.
• Assist engineer for create new process recipe, optimization and manage golden recipe for new product qualification.
• Assist engineer in continuous improvement activities on direct/indirect material cost down, UPH & yield enhancement activities.
• Assist engineer with logistic need for engineering build plan execution.
• Handle abnormal lot disposition & Root Cause Analysis.
• Execute Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) handshake transition with operation process engineering team.
