Team Background:

The Credit Risk Technology – RWA Team is responsible for delivering Counterparty Credit Risk Management software solutions to Citi’s Finance & Risk organization which manages Citi’s exposure to financial institutions, governments and corporates that trade with Citi. The team builds and maintains software used to compute risk metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop scalable micro-services to build an functional components that will support Risk Management functions

• Partner with the product management team and other stakeholders in brainstorming sessions to identify solutions

The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Citi is looking for a developer to work on a client portal. The small, co-located development team self-organises their work, speaking directly with business users across the globe. They also practice fully automated testing, continuous integration and trunk based development. Experience in UX and design is highly valued.

The Applications Development Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Citi is looking for a developer to work on a client portal. The small, co-located development team self-organises their work, speaking directly with business users across the globe. The team has autonomy over technology decisions, owns the continuous delivery pipeline through to production and releases twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

The technology stack is currently functional Java/Kotlin on the back-end (cats/http4s) and Javascript on the front-end (ReactJS/Redux), persisting to a Couchbase/SQL database. The application is deployed using Kubernetes/Open Shift. The development team are looking for someone who is familiar with some of these technologies, with an interest in learning. They also practice fully automated testing, continuous integration and trunk based development. Experience in UX and design is highly valued.

The Credit Risk Technology Team is responsible for delivering Counterparty Credit Risk Management software solutions. Qualifications:

• Full-stack developer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.

• Hands-on experience in Web technologies, REST-APIs and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies

• Good understanding of object oriented and functional programming concepts

• Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, Black duck, SONAR etc.

• Deep understanding of JVM internals such as class loading and memory management

• Ability to evaluate design trade-offs and document choices effectively

• Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use

Skills

The Infrastructure Engineering and DevOps expert will be responsible for building & hosting application environments for TTS Enterprise Portal and other supporting applications.  Candidate will support & partner with global teams to architect & lead the infrastructure build including web, application server environment, vendor technologies, Code build & release infrastructure, and other related web/API services.
