The position exists to ensure that all services that are related to the March DVR Camera and DMP Intrusion systems are fulfilled to the level of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) expectations for clients with a National and/or full-service maintenance agreement. Also meeting and maintaining an ongoing relationship fulfilling all client expectations of image retrieval as well as ensuring accounts are serviced periodically.
A fast-paced environment can be stressful at times, and extended periods of sitting at a computer station. High expectations for service as well as the completion of service requests in a timely fashion. Shift work involved 8 or 10 hours with some overtime required when the need emerges. This position will be working with the CMC Team Manager on a 24/7 basis.

We are hiring on the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) team, a leading FX product in ASG. How You’ll Succeed
We are looking for high-energy individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will help us build our DCC business. You will operate in a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic, hardworking, production-focused product team. Your key mandate will be to provide analytical and strategic support to the product team.
Leveraging Analytical Skills - Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets and provide recommendations on growth opportunities and business initiatives. Monitor, track and analyze client portfolio performance and economic factors, on an ongoing basis throughout the day, including routine reporting, to be able to respond to client requests and address anomalies. Conduct comprehensive research to assist in the identification and/or analysis of business trends and opportunities
Supporting our Client Relationships - Work with Associates and Directors to investigate, analyze and resolve issues impacting clients. Periodically present to clients (in English and Spanish) to review product performance, technical projects, and value-adding initiatives
Supporting our Sales Pipeline - Work closely with the distribution team to support sales cycle through the completion of client-facing presentations, analysis, and ad-hoc product expertise
Enhancing our Product and Processes - Seek concrete and practical ways to enhance our product and overall value-proposition to our clients. Understand and review our processes, identify areas for improvement, propose and execute productivity-enhancing solutions
Who You Are
You have completed an undergraduate university degree in business, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or related field with a demonstrated record of academic excellence (preferred minimum 3.6 GPA)
You have strong interest in capital markets, foreign exchange, payments, and financial technology
You demonstrate 0-3 years of professional and/or extracurricular experience with a record of accomplishment of achievement, teamwork, and execution
You have previous management consulting, capital markets, and product management experience in FX payments is an asset
You are able to work autonomously with limited direction while being team player
You are able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-oriented work environment
You are a strong communicator and fluent in English & Spanish. You are comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to senior executives in both languages.
