BROAD JOB FUNCTIONS
- Leading site services programs including Food & Beverage (F&B) , Transportation and Janitorial management
- managing relationships with vendors responsible for these outsourced services
- Maintains the program to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations such as fire, EHS, ISO, food safety regulations
- Support customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction
Regular
Cafeteria Operation and Management
- Oversees the operations of the cafeteria including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation and services.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations such as fire, EHS, ISO and food safety
- Monitors the preparation, serving and storage of food to ensure compliance with health standards
- Assures cleanliness of cafeteria and maintenance of equipment and food service supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to food quality.
- Ensure all safety and environmental incidents are addressed & reported promptly
- Keep detailed administrative records regarding license, meal plans, costs and hours worked.
- Take inventory, order food and beverage supply and check the quality and quantity of orders received.
- Participates in the preparation and administration of assigned budget and monitors expenditures
- Handle receipts and claims with caterer.
Employee Transport Management
- Provide transport services to employees who commute to/from work and interplant.
- Plan and work with service provider to optimize the travel routes
- Manage contractor service levels and performance ensuring a safe transport service.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations such as fire, EHS, ISO and road transport safety
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to transportation.
Janitorial Management
- Oversight and supervision of the daily cleaning operations to meet level of quality standards.
- Establish and define cleaning protocols, KPI’s, routines to meet the set standards
- Routinely inspect properties and monitor work performance; quickly correct deficiencies.
- Collaborate and communicate with third-party cleaning vendor management and staff.
- Assist with screening, selecting and training new cleaning employees and contractors.
- Assess, assign and respond to work requests and special projects
Irregular
- Assist with the HR promotion or company initiatives
- Liaison with government departments ex. Labor, Immigration, MPPP
