Job Description
Responsibilities:
HR
• Provide HR support to the Operations and work closely with HQ HR and Facilities Management Operations team on all HR matters.
• Manage recruitment cycle for Operations hiring (incl. job ad posting, shortlist of candidates, schedule for interviews, job offer and arrange onboarding).
• Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.).
• Identify training courses as requested by the Operations and handle course registration and training grant.
• Update of cost allocation for the workers' in the system and issue staff letter.
• Handle leave administration for the workers and liaise with Operations to get leave updates input in the HR system with leave remarks indicate
• Process documentation and prepare HR reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations, etc.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant documents and information (attendance, Leave update, commission, Performance Incentive summary, etc).
• Assist to prepare and submit Form IR21, IR81, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
• Filing of all government paid leave and claims
• Handle and assist on staff queries on compensation, benefit and payroll matters
• Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.
Administrative
· To assist in the compliance on the stock internal control
· Monthly stock count and stock check
· Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
