Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the formulation and implementation of Admin Department’s business plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Plan, organize and control the internal administration of the company and to develop / maintain the information dissemination and communication channels.
3. Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the information dissemination and communication processes.
4. Responsible for the timely dissemination and circulation of mails and documents to Management and others.
5. Develop and maintain document control and filing systems.
6. Look after all insurance policies or matters of the company.
7. Facilitate and arrange for company, workmen insurance and performance bonds.
8. Ensure that all legal / statutory compliances are followed and to report legal / statutory updates that affect the company on a timely basis.
9. Participate and contribute actively either as the Chairperson or as a member in the various working committees of the company or in any company-wide gathering or events.
10. Maintain the discipline and cohesiveness of staffs under charge, working towards achieving the corporate objectives. Have a nose in recognizing problems.
11. Need to write to internal or external customers in the most effectively and concise manner. Similarly, must be able to converse concisely and timely.
12. Implement and enforce company’s rules and regulations.
13. Responsible for corporate advertising and public relations activities.
14. Responsible for the purchase of beverages, office stationery and maintenance of office equipment.
15. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Administration, Accountancy or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and must be a leader by example.
- Possess strong organization and planning skills.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
