Responsibilities: -

• Overseeing environments of a data center, supervise systems and also identify, log, and report issues to superior.
• Perform precautionary system maintenance to ensure that the center’s systems and network are functioning well.
• Carrying out procedures needed to maintain data, transactions, and reports from systems, supporting administrators, maintaining work registers, and documentation of processes, performing user administration tasks and monitoring activity and access of the data center and its operations section to ensure that there is compliance of security policies.
• Fix issues related to customer service support, and supervise the performance of local area networks (LANs) and data communications.
• Installing and configuring software systems and computer hardware.
• Undertake tests to validate the performance of new technologies, present management reports of support services of IT systems, and look after the records of data center supplies, including scanners and printers.

Requirements: -

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information System or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in IT Security related field.
• Experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure with positive work attitude.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• 進行預防性系統維護，以確保中心的系統和網路運作良好。

Job Description:

• Execute and monitor all UAT batch flow processing and ensure timely completion of endpoints/milestones.
• Perform level 1 support and resolution for batch issues in the environment
• Maintain a good communication with end users. Keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, progress of Batch UAT etc.
• Assist with the diagnosis of problems, determining and implementing appropriate solutions; guiding and/or communicating resolutions to end users.
• Desktop/laptop configuration and Level 1 troubleshooting of Batch processing in UAT
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and resolve or escalate accordingly.
• Monitor real time performance of the UAT computing environment.
• Support in non-standard office hours (on rotating shift).
• Help ensure IT documentations, SOPs, track and document all outages and incidents. are maintained and up to date.
• Generates batch status reports and distributes to end-users..
• To participate in IT projects, activities or events that would be assigned by the supervisor.
• Broadcast environment readiness status to internal customers (within IT department).

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
