Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Our client which is Temasek Subsidiaries intends to hire a legal executive with contractual, commercial and technical
knowledge and experience in order to provide contractual and commercial guidance
to our client Stakeholders for example, procurement, finance, operations, sales and
donation teams.
Responsibilities:
a) Work with Stakeholders to draft clear and concise legal documents, not limited
to the following:
i. contracts, contract changes/variations, sales & purchase agreements,
ii. memorandum of understanding,
iii. procurement documents,
iv. correspondences and legal letters,
v. employment contracts, and
vi. confidentiality agreements.
b) To provide legal support on any disputes and liaise with external legal counsels
for follow through on legal matters when required.
c) To prepare, lead and guide company employees on contract issues,
compliance and policy matters (including anti-bribery, anti-competition and
personal data protection regulations).
d) To maintain records and files (online and hard copy filing systems) in a
systematic manner for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:
a) LLB or Diploma in Law or Legal Studies with more than 10 years working

b) Excellent legal and commercial awareness, interpersonal and communication
skills.
c) A high level of comprehension in understanding and interpretation of
