Job Description :
- Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing activities; including conducting technical presentation & bidding for tenders in the Environmental industry.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing of the company's environmental products & services to clients.
- Preparation of costing for tender based on current market prices & conditions and help to secure tenders for the company.
- Provide technical expertise for tenders and sustain a strong relationship with existing clients and tap into existing clients’ opportunities.
- Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives and execute monthly business plans.
- Facilitate customer visits and engagement activities. Improve product marketability and profitability by identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Chemistry, or Business Administrative or equivalent
- Preferably with more than 3 years sales-related work in environmental projects or chemical sales (example waste treatment & waste-water treatment, renewable energy, recycling business and etc.)
- Demonstrated capability to conduct technical sales and marketing to clients and understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven. Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Strong business mind and financial literacy and willing to travel.
