Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

候選人簡介
渴望擔任此職位的候選人必須是成熟、開朗、積極主動、工作態度積極的人。您必須能夠表現出強大的企業管理技能。此外，您必須具備治理原則的工作知識以及公司秘書支援角色或公司法的背景。
資質及經驗：
*企業管理學士學位或ICSA專業資格（合格或部分合格）。
*至少2年公司秘書實務經驗。
*熟悉公司法、馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求的規定。
*良好的英語口語和書面能力；精通馬來語和華語。
*良好的人際/溝通和會議記錄寫作能力。
*精通電腦技能。

角色
您將向公司秘書匯報，在管理全方位的秘書職能方面發揮關鍵的支援作用，從而確保遵守公司法、馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求和證券委員會的規定。
管理 PLC 及其集團公司的公司秘書合規工作。
負責公司秘書事務並遵守法定要求。
管理董事會和股東事務，例如組織會議、準備和傳閱董事會文件、報告、會議記錄和公告。
出席公司集團的董事會。
候選人
ICSA 合格（或部分合格）。
2-3年公司秘書經驗，最好有PLC環境。
具有豐富的公司秘書經驗，尤其是在金融服務領域。
良好的人際溝通能力，能夠在各個層面進行有效聯絡。
良好的英語、口頭和書面能力。
個性開朗，具有優秀的人際溝通和溝通能力。
精通 MS Word、Excel 和 Power Point。
