Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing construction building materials
• To plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
• To coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with project site staff and supplier on time delivery.
• To source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparuson during tender stage and construction stage.
• To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in complaince with the purchasing policies and procedures.
• To perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring.
• To ensure all the materials in right source, quality, quantity, comply with project specs.
• To prepare supplier payment cert with matched purchase order and delivery order.
• To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superios whenever necessary from time to time.

Requirements

• 3 years of working experience in the Purchasing/Procurement Construction Industry.
• Good in computer literate.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently.
• Possess good communications, negotiation skills and positive attitude for problem solving.
• Graduation at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with corporate designing.
• Significant experience in leading digital design teams in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are required when interacting with our customers.
• An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research data.
• Ability to cope with the stress associated with a challenging work environment driven by results and where deadlines are respected.
• The ability to work within a team and independently as required.
• Strong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing them.
• Strong grasp of working on various designing software.

職責

• 根據現場採購訂單的要求，規劃、組織、採購物資。
• 與專案現場工作人員和供應商密切協調、監控和跟進，確保按時交貨。
• 採購，從供應商取得定價/報價，並能夠在招標階段和施工階段進行定價比較。
• 根據採購政策和程序審查採購申請並確定適當的採購方法。
• 進行供應商採購、評估、評估與選擇、談判、績效監控。
• 確保所有材料的來源、品質、數量正確，符合項目規格。
• 準備供應商付款證書以及匹配的採購訂單和交貨單。
• 在必要時不時執行上級指派的所有其他臨時職責。

要求

• 3 年採購/採購建築業工作經驗。
• 良好的電腦知識。
• 能夠與各級人員溝通並獨立工作。
• 具有良好的溝通、談判能力和積極解決問題的態度。
• 至少獲得商業研究/行政/管理文憑或學士學位或同等資格。
