RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and etc.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the Company's specifications.
- Plan and schedule delivery and procurement according to order requirement.
- Assist Accounts Executive on accounts related works.
- Provide general administrative / clerical support including phone calls, mailing, filing of documents, scanning, data entry etc.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting Studies or equivalent and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Candidate with working experience preferably related to accounting is encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
