JOB REQUIREMENT:

  Industrial Background Preferred.
• Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
• Required skills : ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, and follow up on delivery.
• Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, the best quality, and the best service to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source for new parts, materials, services, or suppliers when the need arises.
• Shipment arrangements & liaise closely with forwarding agencies for all customs-related issues (export and import permit applications).

Job Scope:

The Procurement Executive for purchasing is responsible for
planning and purchasing of raw materials in order to ensure smooth
supply of materials from supplier to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare material requisition, purchase order and other related

· To ensure daily warehouse operations such as unstuffing containers; repacking and packing of chemicals in drums and bags; cleaning of drums and bags before delivery to customers; repainting of drums when required etc are running smoothly.
