We are looking for a reliable Sales & Administrator to be part of the team. Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia and have prior experience in Admin, sales, or customer service; however, fresh graduates are welcome.
They will undertake sales & administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Sales & Administrator will include sales and mentoring office sales & admin assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Sales & Administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new or existing clients. Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships: welcome and greet clients and office guests.
- Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks.
- Complete all paperwork relating to a sales.
- To liaise between clients, maids, and colleagues for a smooth flow of operation.
- To liaise with relevant authorities to get a work permit for the maids.
- To arrange pick up of the maids from the airport and arrange for medical check-ups with Fomema-appointed clinics.
- Assist in reminding clients and process for the maids' renewal of working permits and contracts.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation or interview materials.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment: repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and hire technicians when required.
- Monitor office supplies: order and re-stock as needed.
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Keep files, contacts, contracts, invoices, and receipts orderly and at the Management's and relevant authorities' disposal.
- Keep all internal company information confidential; in particular don't share information about clients
