Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Organize, site visit, measure and Propose to house or office owners and implements national sales program by developing field sales action plans.
Cultivate leads and generate referrals.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Track and timely reporting sales activities and maintain good records.
Conribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Establishes sales channels by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demands services.
To sell, upsell and cross sell company range of products and services End User and Clients such as Interior Designer, Architect, Developers, Project Consultant, Contractor, Kitchen Planner etc.
Other reasonable assigned duties related to good faith belief for this position and company related business.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma & above
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Minimum 2-4 years with Sales experience of Electrical Appliances or Home Products is preferred.
Highly strategic, interpersonal, organized and with good time management skills.
Highly collaborative, team player, positive attitude.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
Experience of creating new business opportunities and follow-up.
Impeccable presentation skills.

Responsibilities

speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.

provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas.
handle hardware or software problems and faults, referring on to specialist technical colleagues where appropriate.
contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
meet suppliers and product vendor to foster working relationship.

earn certification and take additional courses to demonstrate your willingness to learn at work, and to enhance the skills and abilities.

This area of work is open to all graduates, but a degree or advance diploma in one of the following subjects may be particularly useful:

business information systems or technology
business management
computer science, software engineering or computer engineering
electronics
mathematics
physics

While a relevant degree is not always essential, subjects with high technical content, or a business management component, may be favoured by employers.

A pre-entry postgraduate qualification is not essential, but a diploma or Masters in computing may be helpful for those without computing knowledge.
