Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Consultant (Environment), the Associate Consultant’s main responsibility will be highly focused in carrying out field works relating to Environmental Monitoring and Management Plans (EMMP), Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS), Soil Investigation and Remediation Studies (SIR), Groundwater and Water Quality Sampling, Air and Noise Quality Monitoring (AQN). The Associate Consultant would also provide assistance in data entry and report writing for the abovementioned studies, and also support in other environmental business areas in Singapore as required.
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct field surveys (biodiversity and/or physical environmental) for projects such as EMMP, EBS, SIR, WQ, AQN).
· Assist in project coordination with the internal ESC team, and external subcontractors.
Job Requirements
· Open to diploma holders (environmental science, engineering or related), or with 1-2 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment.
· Field experience in conducting physical environmental / biodiversity surveys is advantageous.
· Knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental Laws and Regulations, BIA guidelines, PUB and NEA guidelines etc.
· Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.
· Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.
· Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in liaison with Singapore government authorities is advantageous)
· MS Office skills are advantageous.

Ce que vous ferez:
Responsable de la coordination, de l’échéancier et l'estimation des projets en phase de conception pendant le processus de vente jusqu’à la signature du contrat.
Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Directeur de la région du Québec et des marchés Fédéraux de la division Infrastructure durable
Vous serez responsable de l'élaboration du plan d'exécution du projet, du calendrier du projet et du budget du projet et représenterez ces éléments auprès du client selon les besoins du directeur du développement pendant les différentes phases de la conception.
Vous aurez la responsabilité de faire le transfert du projet à l’équipe de conception en leur présentant la documentation mise en place pendant la phase de conception.
Vous participerez avec l’équipe de vente et technique à développer des liens d’affaires avec les clients.
Vous devrez développer des liens d’affaires avec les sous-traitants nous permettant d’être le plus compétitifs dans le marché de l’efficacité énergétique et la décarbonation
Relations extérieures :
Le Chargé de projet en construction de la division Infrastructure Durable est activement impliqué dans la communauté contractuelle locale, les organisations industrielles et les réseaux avec les sous-traitants locaux.
Il est responsable du maintien d'un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle pour les projets pendant les phases de développement et de transition vers la livraison.
Relations internes:
Travaille en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de développement afin d'établir et de maintenir une position dominante sur le marché local.
Travaille stratégiquement avec le Directeur de l’installation à planifier efficacement les besoins futurs en ressources et travail en équipe avec celui-ci afin d’attribuer les ressources nécessaires pour respecter les engagements à court terme.
Évaluer les besoins en matière d'exécution des projets pendant la phase de conception et coordonner les échéanciers de développement pour assurer la synergie de la phase de développement à la phase d’installation.
Valider la faisabilité de construction des projets développés de concert avec les développeurs de projets et les firmes de génie-conseil.
Préparer les bordereaux de soumissions et faire les visites avec les entrepreneurs.
Assister les représentants et les développeurs de projet dans les présentations de projets devant les clients
Favorise et maintiens de bonnes relations de travail avec les partenaires numériques, technologiques, d'équipement, de service et d'éclairage de l'entreprise interne de la JCI.
Veiller au respect des exigences légales nationales/provinciales, locales et fédérales.
Veiller à ce que les activités liées à l'infrastructure durable soient menées dans le respect des normes éthiques les plus strictes.
Il est le champion du respect des contrats et de la conformité au code de toutes les activités sous-traitées.
Coprésider le processus PLDIMM pour tous les projets avec le gestionnaire des prestations SI.
Emplois
Comment vous allez le faire :
Effectue lui-même des activités de soutien aux ventes au début du processus d'audit afin de contribuer à la sélection des fournisseurs/partenaires, à l'élargissement du champ d'application, à l'ingénierie de la valeur, à l'évaluation des risques, etc.
Élaborer le plan initial de réalisation du projet et le calendrier du projet pour chaque projet assigné.
Effectuer lui-même l'estimation des coûts, la coordination des projets et la gestion de la construction des projets pendant la phase de conception.
Gérer le développement rentable du portefeuille de projets. Il s'assure que tous les projets sont estimés et préparés avec précision, que le développement des projets est fait dans les délais et dans les cadres de risques permis par l’entreprise.
Élabore le calendrier de facturation et de paiement et aide l'équipe de développement à négocier les conditions les plus favorables.
En partenariat avec l'ingénierie de développement : aide à l'élaboration des mesures d’économie d’énergie, des mesures de décarbonation ou des mesures de maintien d’actif.
Établir des relations à long terme avec les clients et les entrepreneurs.
Coordonne avec le responsable de l'exécution des SI les ressources nécessaires à l'exécution du projet.
Détermine la durée pendant laquelle les ressources de construction seront affectées aux projets en élaborant un calendrier préliminaire du projet dans MS Project ou un logiciel similaire.
Communiquer efficacement l'état d'avancement des projets au responsable du développement.
Favoriser et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les sous-traitants.
Responsable de la promotion et du respect des politiques de sécurité de la JCI.
LES MESURES DE PRODUCTIVITÉ :
Le Chargé de projet en développement est responsable de l'estimation de la main-d'œuvre, de l'estimation des sous-traitants et de la contribution aux risques et aux déficiences en vue d'atteindre l'objectif de marge de profit garantie du Directeur division Infrastructure Durable pour tous les projets assignés dans leur portefeuille Le Chargé de projet en développement est responsable de la négociation finale du SOV (Schedule of Values) qui déterminera les conditions de facturation et de paiement avec le client.
Les paramètres suivants définissent cette responsabilité :
Rentabilité du projet
Marge brute exécutée (glissement)
Flux de trésorerie du projet basé sur des conditions contractuelles avantageuses
Utilisation à 100% des outils fournis par Johnson Controols - Risk Log, RFP tool, Pipeline Suite
Ce que nous recherchons
Obligatoire
Ingénieur avec 10 années d’expérience comme Chargé de projet ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
Dix ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion des opérations à responsabilité croissante dans le secteur des installations, dont cinq ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion directe.
Compétences avancées en communication écrite et orale tant en anglais qu’en français.
Solides compétences en matière de présentation et aptitude à s'adresser à un large public.
Capacité à diriger et à encadrer des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles et inter-unités afin d'obtenir des résultats commerciaux.
Capacité à diriger, gérer, encadrer et inspirer les autres.
