Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:

• Possess Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a similar role is required.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Experience with Microsoft 365 product such as Teams, Power Automate would be an added advantage
• Good communication, Responsible and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians in monitoring and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Oversee the execution of daily operational tasks, including system backups, software updates, and performance monitoring.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

• Operations, to ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to IT operations and security.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks is a plus.
