Customer Support - Assistant Sales Advisor (English & Malay) - C1 Level in English       

* We welcome applications from freshers.

   Working Hours: 9 am to 9 pm shift (It will transition to a 24/7 shift in the future)                                                                                                                                                   

• Individuals who can fluently speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English (C1 Level)                                      
• Experience in the sales or customer service industry is an added advantage.                                                                                                                   
• Responsibilities include handling customers via calls, emails, and chat                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Salary: Basic salary of RM 3800 + Fixed Language allowance of RM 300                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Responsibilities                                                                                                                 

●     Delivering exceptional customer interactions, evaluated through client call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction surveys.                                                                                                                      

●     Offering pre-sales consultative solutions to articulate the features and advantages of the client's products to customers contacting the Retail Contact Centre Sales and Service.                                                                                                                       

●     Accurately recording valid orders and documenting all Saved For Later ("SFL") opportunities.                                                                                                                 

●     Actively selling and providing sales support for products to boost incremental revenue, all while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction survey scores.                                                                                                                     

●     Demonstrating a proficient understanding of all client-supported products, both current and future, evidenced by client call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction survey scores.                                                                                                             

●     Ensuring innovation and quality in every customer interaction.                                                                                                                    

●     Entering all necessary data elements into the internal Online Store and other record-keeping systems following client training and operational procedures.                                                                                                             

●     Maintaining a comprehensive awareness of the client's strengths in the industry.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

• Minimum of Diploma in any field                                                                                                       

●     Demonstrated business language fluency in Bahasa Melayu and fluency for all Advisors in business English                                                                                                                       

●     Professional working experience dealing with face-to-face or virtual interactions with customers preferred.                                                                                                                       

●     Demonstrated telephone skills, including the ability to use the phone system and to control call direction and duration                                                                                                                      

●     Excellent understanding and knowledge on high technology products and computers and operating systems                                                                                                                       

●     Effective time management strategy including ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and balance workload                                                                                                                       

●     Excellent judgment and decision-making skills                

Language allowance 300RM Per month

Position Summary

Pilates Instructors are responsible for supporting all members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships.  They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.                                                                                               

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention      
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment   
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs           
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members          
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan       
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio  
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry             
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends             
• Ensures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming    
• Documents all aspects of client programming   
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program 
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members                                     

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of personal training experience
• Experience in Pilates program design
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
• CPR and AED Certified
   

Preferred Requirements

• 150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)
