· Competent in basic design softwares such as PhotoShop and Ai, experience on image and video editing will be an added advantage

iv. Membantu menyelaraskan projek iklan SUHAKAM dan hak asasi manusia di tempat awam seperti stesen TV, radio, lebuhraya, dan pengangkutan awam;
v. Membantu menyediakan bahan promosi termasuk booklet, infografik, poster dan bahan pameran mengenai hak asasi manusia dan SUHAKAM.
vi. Merancang, mengembangkan, dan memproduksi konten video promosi yang menarik untuk produk atau layanan perusahaan.
vii. Mengkoordinasikan dan bekerja sama dengan tim media untuk menghasilkan ide-ide kreatif yang sesuai dengan strategi promosi SUHAKAM.

This means that whatever rights and liberties not mentioned in Part II but referred to in the UDHR must be considered provided that there is no conflict with the Constitution. The function of inquiring into complaints about human rights infringements is subject to the conditions imposed by section 12 of the Act. Section 12 empowers SUHAKAM to act on its own motion to inquire into allegations of infringement of human rights, in addition to acting on complaints submitted to it. SUHAKAM, however, may not investigate complaints which are the subject matter of proceedings pending in a court of law or which have been finally decided by any court. Such investigations have to cease if the matter being investigated is brought before the courts.

Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative New Media Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms, emerging trends, and audience behavior. As a New Media Planning Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize our online presence, drive engagement, and achieve our marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving skills to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience across various digital channels.

Qualifications :
· Possess at least Bachelor's degree in in marketing, advertising, mass communications, Chinese Language studies or related field
· Proven experience in digital media planning, advertising, or a related role.
· Strong understanding of digital media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
· Require Professional Writing and Communication Skills in both Mandarin & English
· Competent in basic design softwares such as PhotoShop and Ai, experience on image and video editing will be an added advantage
· Attain basic knowledge in the management of social media platform
· Creative, possesses basic observational and analytical skills
· Able to communicate and work as a team, willing to learn and self-disciplined
· 大专或以上学历 : 市场营销、广告、传播或相关领域的学士学位
· 在新媒体企划、广告或相关领域具有经验
· 对新媒体领域、平台和技术有深刻理解
· 精通中英文书写，阅读能力
