WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Conducting Sales & Marketing Revisions in our PM subsidiaries in Asia Pacific at least once per year in each country
· Doing / Following up with all tasks needed after the revision in the country is complete
· Provide suggestions about ways we can improve our working methods with our subsidiaries
· Supervision and coordination of the development of the opening process of new PM countries in the Asia Pacific region
· Provide transparency on project statutes and ensure meeting deadlines
· Provide project related time estimates
· Organize and orchestrate project meetings
· Create project documentation and project reports
· Communicate with project team members
· Give and receive feedback
· Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations
· Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure that the tasks are moving forward for that country
· Conducting business presentations for countries without an office in coordination with the entire ISD department
· Any other projects related to supporting business in the APAC Region

The Department and position

The candidate will be involved with many front line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The candidate will also be in touch with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.
The candidate will join the Singapore Capital Market investment group in charge of running “Summit” applications for dervivative asset classes.The team works closely with other teams supporting Front-Office applications (Orchestrade…), Back-Office applications (Calypso,SIS…), Market data referentials and Market Risk applications.

The candidate will join the Singapore Capital Market CIBOS (Calypso as International Back-Office System) team in charge of supporting the Back Office (BO) system used for Foreign eXchange and Money Markets activities. The team is managing the interfaces with various upstream and downstream system and also of key BO tasks such as Confirmations, Payments, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting and Reconciliation reports.
The team works closely with other upstream and downstream systems such as – Front Office applications (BLOFI, KONDOR+, OMEGA, ORCHESTRADE…), Back-Office applications (SUMMIT…), Teams managing referencial Market data (CARD, SDI, MDA Bond…) and Middle-Office Systems (RTP, GLORY, RDJ...)
