• Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven. Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.

Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the MD to join our dynamic team based in JB/ Singapore. 

This role requires a blend of sales, business development, marketing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities: 

• Report directly to the Head of Operations in Head Office.
• Collaborate closely with the HQ division for Commercial, Finance, Insurance, Regulatory, QSHE and HR.
• Develop, manage and motivate the staff with aim of driving productivity and efficiency to provide best in class services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients with aim to grow the business
• Collaborate and nurture relationships with vendors and agencies to expand the depth and width of services of the company.
• Ensure adherence to local and international cargo regulations, rules and safety protocols.
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring systems to provide prompt feedback and updates to clients
• Manage and drive profitability of the region.
• Provide monthly management updates to HQ in P&L, business KPI and growth plan. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in logistics or related industry
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to manage clients, vendors, internal stakeholder and staff
• Able to communicate well in English, Malay and local dialects
• Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
