Job Description:
ThouThoughtfull is looking for a driven, resourceful and strategic individual to be our Clinical Ops Associate. You will play a key role in running day-to-day clinical operations involving ThoughtFull Professionals. This includes acquisition and onboarding of professionals, driving engagement and ensuring our network service quality is at the highest level. The perfect candidate is someone who has a mix of tactical, BAU operational skills but also able to think strategically about how and what we need to scale our operations.
What you will do:
- Be accountable for an exceptional end-to-end ThoughtFull Professional experience
- Work closely with Product, Client Success, Sales and Executive teams to deliver the best experience to users and professionals
- Manage day-to-day operations across a few key areas (acquisition, onboarding and quality) of the ThoughtFull Professional lifecycle
- Own and implement new initiatives or programs relating to ThoughtFull Professionals and other clinical operations
About you:
- Proficient in Excel and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Detail-minded in execution and cares about delivering at a high standard
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of privacy and ethics in handling sensitive data
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in digital health
