Job Description :-
Act as the quality management representative for ISO 9001:2015. EMS 14001
Monitoring of Company Vehicles : Maintenance, Inspection, permit application, fine/penalty, sales & purchase, renewal of insurance & road tax
Attending to all matters relating to Government Authority requirement
Monitoring of Company Insurance : Fire, Burglary, Risk, Group PA & Public Liability
To handle and coordinate training e.g source training provider , training requisition form, HRDF grant application and prepare payment voucher.
To ensure all related training documentation (Training brochure , Training registration form, Training Invoice, Payment Receipt, Training Certified, Training Assessment Form and etc., are filling and keep record.
To handle grant application and HRDF claim in e-Tris website
Attending to all matters relating to Government Authority requirement
To apply cancel or revise Shell Card based on requirement.
Handle travel arrangements and resolve related issues.
To book flight ticket and hotel upon request.
Monitoring of security guards performance
Maintenance of Administration Office : purchase of equipment, repair & cleanliness
Report direct to General Manager - and Ad Hoc Job
Degree in Business Administration/Management
At least 5 years of experience
Good communication skill.

Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule projects
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports....

Develop and maintain a filing system.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external .
Follow up closely with authorities and consultants to ensure project deliver in time
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
