Responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma,
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma,
• Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. 
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
• At least two (2) years experience in related field.
• Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
• Independent, result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets. 
• Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• The staff will directly report to the Head of Sales & Township Marketing on daily sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sales and marketing department.
• Marketing Tasks – To assist in implementing various promotion and sales activities programs to promote the company’s products i.e., Residential, Commercial, and Industrial development to the target market such as Sales launching, roadshows and etc.
• Sales &  Administration task  -To attend to sales inquiries and to do follow-up and conclude sales to achieve the sales target set by the company and ensure to follow up with the purchasers, end-financier, and lawyers on the sales documentation are to be kept up to date.
• To full- fill the other duties delegated by the superior from time to time.
               

Education & Experience Requirements  

• Candidate   must possess  Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration / Property Admin / Estate Management
• At least (3-5) Three to Five-year of working experience in a related field especially in the property industry – Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
• Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in another language especially Mandarin is preferable and will become an added advantage
• Computer literate and familiar to use MS Word & MS Excel - Candidates who know to use IFCA software will be an added advantage
• Candidate must be Independent, multi-tasking and willing to work at minimum supervision, and has great organizing skills and meticulous work.

教育和經驗要求
