Job Responsibilities:

This role is critical to support Security & Safety Manager in ensuring the safety of guest, associate, visitors/vendors/suppliers and property, work proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of associate, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer services, and takes direction from department supervisory/management associate. The Assistant Malay Chef reports to Malay Chef and Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the kitchen hygiene and food quality policies especially with regards to the continual improvement process.
