Job Scope:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for the operation of the warehouse including receipt, storage, stock control, movements and
shipping of raw materials and finished goods as well as the
supervision and management of its staff. He/she will be responsible
for the security of the warehouse and the stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• To control raw materials, finished goods and rejected goods
• To check and receive incoming goods, spare parts and raw
  materials
• To generate goods receive notes (GRN) according to the
  purchase order
• To maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records for stock
  control
• To ensure components given to production according to the
  requirements
• To ensure components movement follows FIFO procedure
• To conduct weekly and monthly stock take of selected inventory
• To organize and up-keep proper racking and storage system
• To ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met
• To supervise Warehouse Assistant and Storekeeper
• To operate forklift
• Special related duties

Qualification:

Related first degree/diploma preferably in the area of manufacturing,

Job Descriptions:

• Develop ballroom promotions and packages.
• Assist in developing banquet sales budgets and marketing plans.
• Execute, supervise and promote the marketing of ballroom facilities and business centres to existing and potential clients.
• Achieve sales/ profit goals of events operation.
• Coordinate with operation and service staff on ballroom turnovers and other tasks to ensure events are well executed.
• Respond to prospect inquiries, conduct tours and meetings for prospective events and sell events.
• Oversee the development/ preparation of contracts for all banquets/ weddings.
• Work with Senior Marketing Executive to determine selling prices and menus for events.
• Schedule all banquet functions, price and prepare event proposals, collect signed contracts and deposits.
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests and following up with client at the conclusion of the event.
• Ensure all accounts are properly updated in the banqueting system.
• Prepare reports on ballroom sales activities and monitor/ measure banquet performance.
• To handle events over the weekends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 – 5 years experiences in Events & Ballroom coordination and management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
• Must be marketing-focused with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.

The Procurement Executive for purchasing is responsible for
planning and purchasing of raw materials in order to ensure smooth
supply of materials from supplier to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare material requisition, purchase order and other related
  documents
• To source for alternative and new supplier

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, and follow up on delivery.
