Summary:
Responsible for managing and executing semiconductor manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
· Lead and manage semiconductor manufacturing projects, including new equipment installations, process improvements, and capacity expansions.
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including process engineers, equipment engineers, technicians, and production personnel, to define project requirements and objectives.
· Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
· Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
· Ensure adherence to relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Document project activities, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
· Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
· Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
· Proven track record of successfully managing semiconductor manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
