Job Description

• Optimise workflow efficiency and procedures, assist in validation procedures and reports
• Establish quality systems for the QC Raw Material lab in compliance with regulations
• Ensure timely document review and testing, implement production tracking systems to facilitate raw material quality testing and evaluation
• Manage budgeting and resource planning
• Manage global stakeholders
• Address deviations and propose corrective actions, review QA/QC documents to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Improve test procedures for enhanced efficiency, provide technical support to various departments, and train QA/QC staffs on new methodologies and instrumentation

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Biologics, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience with Quality Control Raw Materials processes within biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong in stakeholder management and equipped with business and financial acumen
• Prior knowledge of regulatory requirements, along with familiarity with industry tools and systems
• Demonstrate good understanding of cGMP, knowledge of manufacturing, quality control and validation requirements and activities

Job Description

As an IT Governance Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Assist the team in establishing and executing an IT Governance framework comprising policies, forums, and standardized processes.
• Working with various teams such as Governance domains (such as data/security/service management) for existing policies, forums, and processes with the IT Governance framework.
• Establishing and overseeing test criteria for application functionality across internal and external teams.
• Leading automated testing efforts, with expertise in functional and non-functional testing tools.
• Mentoring and supervising staff and vendors.
• Innovating and enhancing Quality Assurance processes, implementing improvements through effective stakeholder management.
• Manage in-house IT Procurement Governance processes.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful candidate, you will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in IT Governance and IT Quality Management/Assurance.
• Prior experience with automation tools
