Responsibilities 

(A) Marketing 

• To prepare and assist with marketing and sales materials

Key Responsibilities

• As the leader of the KYC team, Manage KYC operations based on MAS regulated bank compliance policies and KYC regulatory requirements.
• Support the business to conduct customer check (KYC/CDD) analysis for new business or initiative.
• Lead the planning and establishment of KYC capabilities including CDD, PEP, Sanctions, Adverse news review and due diligence capabilities for financing business.
• Establish and improve KYC product capabilities, including on-boarding system, periodic review system, screening system.
• Work closely with AML Compliance Officers (AMLOs) and Risk Officers to understand the regulatory requirements, status of system capability in relevant entities, identify the gaps if any, and propose the requests for system building or enhancement to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with middle office and technology team to raise the system requests and to convert the business requirement into product requirement. Implement changes in processes or workflows and drive optimization.
• Support the Risk and AML operation and link up with the business in case of any escalation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of KYC/AML experience with a payment service provider, money service operator (MSO) consulting firm, or financial institution. Must have more than 3 years of team lead or manager experience. Those who have engaged in KYC/CDD for corporate client are preferred.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units. An accountable team player with collaborative spirit, ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with the skills to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

1. Implementation and monitoring of student academic administration

• Works with the Registrar’s Office on a regular basis to ensure appropriate advising to potential students, managing admission, and course registration.
• Works with ACAD on a regular basis to carry out academic actions such as add/drop subjects, deferment and withdrawal from the study.
• Works with ACAD to supervise graduation audit and certifications, and management of degrees/transcripts.
• Works with Finance Department to resolve student’s queries or problems regarding fees and PTPTN matters.
• Works with CCE and Program Directors to administer academic credit transfer approval process (granting external credit or internal credit based on APEL C for the University.
• Prepare student’s timeline projection to ensure students’ study completion.
• Monitor students’ study progress and make the necessary adjustments if needed.
• Reviews and attempts to resolve students' academic problems, including clarification of requirements, waivers, substitutions, exceptions, complaints, etc.
• Keeping a record of student statuses such as active/inactive, warning, probation, exclusions, readmissions, special evaluations, etc and following up with students if necessary.
• Supervises the Dean’s List Award and certification.
• Works with Exam Unit and Finance Department in processing Special Exam Applications.

 2. Oversees the administrative matters in the School

• Remind faculty members of the academic timeline and execute necessary actions to ensure the faculty members meet the deadlines.
• Supervises and coordinates the academic advising system for the School and maintains student records in the office needed to support academic advisors’ work.
• Management of the School, including human resources. (Such as preparation of MRF for the part-time lecturers/existing lecturers, processing claims of part-time lecturers and processing the tutor approval application from Regional Campuses.)
• Works with the Deputy Dean (Operation) to review student landscaping to propose courses to be offered for the semester for the Main Campus.
• Works with the Academic Coordinators from Regional Campuses to propose courses to be offered for the semester.
• Works with the Deputy Dean (Academic) regarding the scheduling of workload and instructional hours of School to meet program and Collective Agreement demands and deadlines.
• Works with the Deputy Dean (Operation) to disseminate information to Course Leaders before the beginning of the semester (Course Plan, Test Specification Plan, Timetable, Appointment Letters, Academic Calendar, etc)
• Coordinate with the Deputy Dean (Academic) regarding the course plan to be approved before being distributed to the students.
• Coordinate, arrange and prepare the minutes of all the school meetings, such as Faculty, Pre-BoE and BoE meetings. Keeping the record of the meeting systematically for future retrieval.
• Conduct early semester feedback and teaching evaluation.

3. Facilitating School-level programmes and activities

• Supervises and coordinates all student orientation programs for the School.

4. Interpretation and administration of University policies, in consultation with appropriate personnel as required.Coordinate with Regional Campuses, collaborators, and partners on  related matters in terms of documentation, registration, students’ records, claims, reports, audits, etc.

5. To manage and execute the preparation of MQA, MOHE, etc. documentation for audit purposes

6. To ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained.

7. To maintain confidential records and files at the Faculty/Centre.

8. To support the Dean for the overall management of the programme and to support the Dean in growing the Faculty/Center to achieve its set objectives.

We are seeking a process driven team member who will be setting the foundation of PRISM+ Aircon Malaysia Operations (including installation & service) infrastructure. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter and an inspiring leader to build a dynamic team to scale with our high growth.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us drive up aircon operations and service excellency by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report directly to Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of an Aircon Operations & Technical Manager but are not limited to:

• Formulate Operation, Inventory & Installation/Services process, suitable management reporting metrics and performance management (KPIs). KPI owner and responsible for executing agreed KPIs.
• Manage day to day operation of 3PL management, Inventory accuracy and scaling PRISM+ Express own installation/service team.
• Ensure 3PL warehouse execution of all Lazada/Shopee/Website sales as per SLA.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all aircon installation and service work.
• PRISM+ Express installation/service team budget owner, responsible for growing the fleet.
• Oversee and ensure day-to-day operations of the aircon department.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for installation and service of aircon units.
• Provide operational support and help to execute the organization to bring about optimal service for the benefits of customers/stakeholders.
• Train team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant course of studies.
• At least 7 years' experience in Aircon Operations/Technical role, having led the function for a minimum of 3 years.
• You should have successfully scaled and led a high functioning aircon operations/technical team for a dynamic start-up.
• A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.
• Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in Operation & Logistics.

Job Description for Marketing Operations Specialist 

What you will do:  

• End-to-end management (from ideation to execution) of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all brand communication platforms. 
• Manage social media channels which includes implementation of content calendar, social media posts, oversee creative output and social media moderation. 
• Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all marketing requests are actioned.  
• Work closely with Marketing Lead on strategy and execution of digital and on-ground campaigns in line with the brand’s roadmap. 
• Support partnerships and events with content amplification initiatives across various medium (eg: videos, podcast, webinars etc)  
• Optimise content across Thoughtfull’s various platforms guided by measurable output in conversion funnels, SEO and Google Analytics 
• Track, maintain and analyse key metrics report to measure efficacy of marketing efforts. 

About You:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing or Content marketing. 

• Project management skills and attention to detail. 
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics. 
• Data-driven with a knack for user insights and data analytics. 
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of various social media platforms and content formats such as podcasts, videos. 
• Experience in running marketing campaigns on Google, FB, IG, LinkedIn and using tools such as Google Analytics, Branch and Canva. 
• Experience and well versed with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zho etc. 
• A creative person with a knack for storytelling. 
• Graphic design experience will be an extra advantage.

What you will do:

Execution and processing:

1. Execute tasks assigned accurately within turnaround time, including but not limited to the followings:

• Handle trade finance products (invoice financing, micro financing, reverse factoring financing, etc.)

• Conduct AML and credit checks for all transactions.
• Generate, liaise and follow-up with internal and external parties about the completion of Letter of Offer (LO), Supplemental Letter of Offer (SLO), and Letter of Notification (LN).
• Perform due diligence activities on Issuers’ request of drawdown loans.
• Prepare and send payment instruction letters to the Trustee, as well as set up the payment in a dedicated financial portal, monitor and ensure all payments are processed.
• Deal with repayment from Issuer(s) and distribution to investor(s).
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Ensure all the registers/trackers are promptly updated.
• Work closely with various stakeholders.
• Perform cross functional tasks within Operations department whenever required.

2. Provide on-the-job training to the new joiner(s) at the same level in respect of related job functions.

Process improvement:

• Support on increasing the efficiencies of processes and improve the turnaround time of operations.
• Participate in the company projects and perform UAT testing whenever required to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.

Risk management:

• To ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements on operations and credit standards.
• Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) from time to time whenever there is an approved process change and/or risk rating change.
• Escalate error, issue and /or deviation from SOP immediately, within 24 hours upon detection.
• Support on audit.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economic and/or Business & Commerce.
• 1-2 years’ experience in banking, trade finance operations, credit operations, back office, and credit administration.
• Interns (in last semester)/Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants, with Upper Second-Class Honors and above, are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• A team player, able to work under pressure, adaptable to occasional overtime demands, and fast learner.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good at problem solving and negotiation skill with all levels.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
