Responsibilities:

• To perform all jobs related to the sales & promotion of healthcare products of the company.
• To cover hospitals channel or clinics & pharmacies channel directed by the company.
• To meet or exceed sales targets set and timely reporting.
• To consistently provide full coverage in the area assigned.
• Able to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure consistent marketing development and impact.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts.
• Attends all related conference, promotion events as and when requires

Requirements:

• SPM/STPM, Diploma & above
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in similar capacity is preferred.
• Possess own car and with valid driving license is a must.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Chrisjac Recruitment are currently seeking a capable Customer Service professional for an established direct selling company who are pioneer in health and nutritional products across the Asia-Pacific region. The position of Customer Service Officer will be based at their corporate head office in Petaling Jaya.
About the job
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide a professional and courteous service to all distributors and direct customers.
The duties and scope of works will be:

• Manage service counter operations and interface with external and internal customers; handle queries from customerson back office matters.
• Handling daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payment from walk-in customers
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and courier service provider on delivery of products.  
• Provide information and advice on products,promotions and marketing activities. 
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all customers queries to ensure continuity of service.

The candidate

• Female preferred; age 23-35. Outgoing personality.
• Minimum SPM/UEC; however Diploma level qualification in Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Business or any other disciplines are most welcome.
• One to two years of relevant experience in customer service role,especially in healthcare industry; experience in the MLM industry will be an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English plus conversant in BM, Chinese dialects/Mandarin.
• Mandarin speaking is highly desirable as this role requires dealing with large number of Mandarin speaking customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have keen interest and passion in nutrition/health food/products.

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, staff reimbursements and supplier payments, whilst maintaining integrity and accuracy of all financial information. You will provide a high-level customer service at a local and international level support. You will also support other areas of business operations including accounts receivable. 

What you’ll do: 

• Processing and reconciling of supplier accounts (Accounts Payable) including supplier invoice entry, managing suppliers in accordance with their due dates, preparing Payment Batches and obtaining authorisations for payments in accordance with internal procedures 
• Processing of staff expenses 
• Managing corporate card reconciliations 
• Looking after all accounts filing/archiving electronically  
• Assisting with other finance/accounting tasks as required 

Your Assignment

• You are helpful and friendly in approaching customers, always aiming for a win-win situation and for repeat business.
• You record information accurately in the relevant systems so that we can use the resulting analysis to make improvements to our customers’ future shopping experiences.
• You know the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given to you by your manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan.
• You know our daily and weekly service targets and drives to improve our service delivery.
• You develop a strong knowledge of the delivery and assembly facilities and provide/promote to customer.
• You optimise the relationship with our customers in order to drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability.
• You are empowered to solve customer complaints within my level of authorisation. You recognise when you need to escalate an issue and then pass on the relevant information to a manager to deal effectively with the customer.
• Understanding the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods and ensuring you use the appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to help you optimise our customers’ shopping experience.
• You ensure safety guidelines are met within the merchandise & pick up area and service desk area.
• You are able to support the front counter and merchandise & pick up area when required.
