About the Role
• Administers and handles the Agency Contest R&Rs, Agency Compensation Handbook and other policy management related documents/publications to support the business requirements.
• Handles the fulfillment of the Agency Contest’s monetary (Payment Advise) and non-monetary fulfillment to ensure contest fulfilment is delivered to the qualifiers.
• Performs data analysis for all scopes relating but not limited to contest, competitor launches, agency office projects, workstream projects and any other projects in accordance to the business needs.
• Improve and administers reporting and/or analysis to better support Agency Related Expenses (ARE) efficiency.
Agency Related Expenses (ARE) Management:
Budget
- Collaborates with executives, Finance and Management to develop ARE budget.
- Provide analysis and strategic input to facilitate high level decision making by Management.
ARE Reporting & Monitoring
- Monitor spending to ensure it support the financial and sales target set by Management.
- Conduct analysis, initiate, or recommend appropriate actions to ARE stakeholders, aiming to:
- identify financial or operating risks associated with the ARE.
- provide projection, cost benefit analysis, reports to Management as required or requested.
- Ensure all BAU reporting are submitted timely and accurately.
- Conduct regular validation on the forecast based on latest position, facilitate Management in re-channeling the budget to optimize the business strategy/goals.
Cross Charging
- Formulate cross-charging mechanism to APTB and other business units for ARE related charges.
- Communicate with other business unit stakeholders on issue related to cross charging.
Ad-hoc and regulators
- Provide support to ARE queries raised by auditor, regulators, Management or other stakeholders.
Data Analytics:
- Support in analysis work to close any business gap and help to drive the business further.
- Connect with business stakeholders on the analysis findings.
- Using both quantitative and qualitative data to support the Team to formulate initiatives to drive the business further.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification from an accredited university in Finance/ Accounting/ Actuarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial Services or Insurance Industry / Campaign Design is preferred.
- Good working knowledge in handling figures/ numbers.
- Good business acumen and analytical.
- Meticulous approach to work.
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
