Job Responsibilities:

• Operates imaging equipment to create electronic files and archives.
• Prepares, scans, and performs quality checks on documents/images for conversion to digital format. Ensures proper transfer and indexing of scanned materials.
• Cleans and performs basic maintenance on scanning equipment. Troubleshoots and adjusts equipment as needed.
• Follows established procedures and adheres to workflow processes and chain of command.

As a Manager in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team in Melbourne, you will work with a wide range of clients on a broad range of issues that matter to their businesses. You will provide practical, hands-on support, guidance, and solutions to address their financial accounting and reporting challenges. You will partner with Chief Finance Officers, their finance teams, and wider connected business areas to create long-term value, trust, and confidence within their organisations. Combining your commercial experience, deep sector, and regulatory knowledge, with your expertise in financial accounting and reporting, and finance function leading practices you will drive outcomes and provide advice across a wide range of finance function topics. Our aim is to have an engaged, highly capable, healthy team, performing meaningful work in a sustainable practice. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing high performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members Leading the planning, management, and delivery of engagements, including proactive stakeholder management, commercial project outcomes, resourcing, and risk management Participating in overall practice strategy development whilst ensuring high quality deliverables tailored to client needs Developing strong professional networks Preparing and delivering proposals and realising business development plans Demonstrating an understanding of client industry sector, key performance drivers, business trends, and new technical and industry developments What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. Excellent leadership and project management skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships A strong ability to assemble and lead diverse teams in an inclusive manner A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, and CA or equivalent professional qualification. A degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/AASB) A motivation to build your digital skills.
