- Check & prepare raw materials before cooking
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared & cooked in accordance with approved recipes
- Collect food sample
- Conduct sensory & evaluation
- Record cooked food temperatures in the 7 in 1 file Hot & Cold equipment
- Provide quality service during serving
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in kitchen.
