Responsibilities

• Investigate applications received for Claims
• Authorize refund for Claims
• Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters received and refund disagreements raised by customer
• Inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
• Attend to enquiries from operators pertaining to revaluation and request for reports
• Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE A / O Levels or Diploma in Accountancy / Business / Finance
• Minimum B4 in GCE ‘O’ Levels - Math
• Possess accounts / finance / cashiering experience is advantageous
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications and interpersonal skills

• Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hours
• Location: Town
• Salary: Up to $2900/mth + AWS + VB
