Having successefully completed numerous private and government projects with total contract values exceeding RM 400 Million, JCD has established itself as a reliable, efficient and responsible construction compnay, JCD is currently negotiating to secure a number of potential Turnkey and Privatisation projects which are anticipated to commence mid 2005. LAND SURVEYOR
· To able to use theodolite and Electronic Total Station skillfully and accurately
· To be responsible and distance between points.
· To accurately indicate land elevations, property lines, land contour for development, to divide land or many other purposes.
· To perform all surveying work from setting out to the preparation of as-built survey plans.
· To perform construction strake-out and boundary surveys.

· To Plot field data, using survey computer programs, construct maps and prepare reports.
· To timely provide surveying data to the contract department for progress claims purposes.

Performing the full spectrum of duties required as a quantity surveyor
Managing all contracts/sub-contracts activities, including meeting project budget, ensuring profitability, contract/sub-contract terms and conditions, and scheduling procurement activities to meet project deadlines.
Leading and managing the QS team for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of projects from tender development to construction inception to final completion.
