ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technically advise suitable products, service or equipment for Client. 
• Secure and Renew Orders and Coordinate for the delivery. 
• Meeting with Clients onsite to propose irrigation solution for the site. 
• To Coordinate with Marketing team to produce the necessary sales kits (i.e. technical presentation, sales brochure, advertisement and etc.) 
• Assists with research and development of new product and services 
• Prepare detail bill of material and quotation for all enquiry, including surveying with drone & producing contour map for potential customer. 
• Provide preliminary design conceptual drawing for presentation and quotation. 
• In charge for the operation of e-commerce 
• In charge for providing tutorial or training program for Client (i.e. Landscape Architect, M&E Consultant,Developers and etc.) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in related field. 
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin & English
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) 
• Excellent in AutoCAD 2D

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of IMC department’s activities.
• Actively monitor, review and manage customer enquiries, ensure excellent and superior customer services, response timely to customers.
• Manage and monitor marketing gift inventory and prepare for event and internal stakeholder request.
• Arrange delivery of marketing material to internal stakeholder.
• Search for new vendor and request quotation, raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO & follow up with invoice.
• To ensure systematic documentation and filings.
• Asist in keeping track marketing budget.
• Assist in events, marketing activities/campaigns whenever required.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Liaise with respective departments on the update and maintenance of the policies and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written
• 1 Full-time/Permanent position available

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support position within the Modernization Sales department, this is a Temporary role with 9 months contract duration.

In this role, you will have the chance to demonstrate your research and fact finding ability, apply your data analysis & Excel skills to churn out accurate and user-friendly reports; improve your communication/ cold calling skills to connect with external parties.
 

What you will be doing

• Conduct market surveys to gather and analyze customer feedback, including needs, expectations, and budget considerations.

• Engage in cold calling activities to connect with potential customers and gather valuable insights.

• Update and maintain databases with accurate and relevant information obtained through market surveys and cold calling.

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the market and customer feedback.
