Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly input warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the WMS system on a daily basis.
• Address and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely scheduling.
• Assist in conducting weekly cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentation and equipment servicing records.
• Organize daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: O Levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with WMS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate and work alongside a team of 3rd Party Service Provider Personnel in performing warehouse and logistics activities in receiving, sampling, shipping, staging, storing, issuing, pack-out, inventory counting, transportation and documents processing related to materials movements.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide guidance to Warehouses Personnel and 3rd Part Service Provider on proper and safe handling of materials, compliance to cGMP practices/procedures, accurate entry and maintenance of inventory transaction records. (as per assigned).
• Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators (as per assigned)
• Receive incoming materials. Verify incoming materials against the delivery note/document. Stage materials received neatly and transfer to storage locations. Route documents for the materials received to the appropriate departments for further processing. Record and report any variance versus the delivery note/document.
• Assemble and stage materials per production pick list and issue the materials to the appropriate plants. Accurately document all transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform pack-out activities and observe the cleanliness requirements in the pack-out work area. Perform sanitation and cleaning of pack-out rooms and isolators. Record and document the operating temperature and relative humidity of the work area. Accurately document the pack-out transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform sampling operation and observe the cleanliness requirements in the sampling booth. Perform sanitation and cleaning of sampling booth. Accurately document the sampling operation activities. and file the documents accordingly.
• Assemble and stage materials per the shipment packing list and hand-over the goods to designate freight forwarding agent. Accurately complete shipping document in accordance with shipping instructions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Operate pallet truck, stacker, forklift and other material handling equipment. Handle all materials according to safety, health and environmental procedures with special attention to the handling of hazardous chemicals and store materials in accordance to its controlled storage requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.

Qualification:

• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience and knowledge in materials handling, operating of materials handling equipment, basic safety knowledge.
• Must have good understanding of procedure/ document system used for materials movements.

Other Personal Attributes:

• Able speaks, read and write simple English; and perform basic mathematics.
• Familiar with applicable regulations and guidelines, example: inventory control and handling of dangerous goods.
• Familiarized with cGMP working environment.

The post holder will provide a delivery and collection service of community equipment and stock to children and their families in their homes . Ensuring store equipment follow Infection & Protection Policy and Processes. Arrange collection and servicing of medical devises back to the clinical engineering team and then returning to community . Ensure the safe delivery of all stock and supplies to families in a timely manner and ensuring stock control is maintained within the service in accordance with the needs . The post holder will work under the lone worker policy in the community , The role is mainly driving to deliver and collect stock for the children community nursing service and their families Use a range of effective communication skills with clients, carers, other health care professionals, social services and voluntary organisations to share information Instruct patients, carers and families on the safe use of equipment. Overview

Analyze and coordinate the Warehouse duties for Receiving & Waterspider.
