Job Description:
As a Claim Support Specialist at BJAK Insurance, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients through the claims process. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to customers filing insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience. Your primary focus will be to help customers understand their coverage, gather necessary documentation, and facilitate timely claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in filing insurance claims in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Review and validate claim details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the claims process and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all claim activities and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer service or claims support role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes is a plus.
